Welcome to Timpeltill, a little village without trouble. Well, not exactly, because since a few weeks, the kids act so unruly and disobedient that all of the adults suddenly throw up their hands in disgust and decide to abandon the place. This, of course, leaves the children in charge of governing the community - which leads to a host of messy and wacky complications.

Bienvenue à Timpelbach un petit village sans histoire. Enfin, sans histoire, pas tout à fait, car, depuis de nombreuses semaines, les enfants multiplient farces et mauvais coups. Les victimes sont bien sûr d'autres enfants, mais aussi et surtout, les parents. À bout de nerfs, ceux-ci décident d'abandonner le village pour ce qu'ils pensent être une journée.
